In 2009, my wife and I decided to come to Canada. Since we didn’t have the convenience of Facebook or WhatsApp groups at the time, we opted for an immigration agency. We paid for the consultation and went to the meeting, only to be told in five minutes that we didn’t qualify for any Canadian immigration process! Money lost, dreams shattered!
